This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our VPN application and related services (collectively referred to as "this service").

By using this service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using this service.

 

2. Our commitment:

We adhere to a strict "no logs" policy. This is the core of our service and the cornerstone of your privacy.

We will never collect, store, or monitor the following content:

Your browsing history

Traffic destination (visited website)

Traffic content (transmitted data)

Session timestamp or connection duration

DNS query record

Bandwidth usage details associated with your identity

Any metadata that can be used to reconstruct your online activities

Content that we may temporarily process (and immediately discard):

A random session identifier used for connection routing (not associated with your identity)

Minimal diagnostic data (such as crash reports) is only collected when you explicitly opt-in

All temporary data will be automatically deleted within a few minutes after your session ends, and it will never be associated with your account.

 

3. Information we collect

Although we adhere to a no-logs policy, in order to provide and improve this service, we may collect the following minimal amount of information:

Device Type

Operating system version

Application version

Approximate location (only at the country level, derived from IP for server selection - not stored)

Crash logs and performance metrics (only if you enable "Send diagnostic data" in settings)

These data have been anonymized and aggregated, and cannot be used to identify your personal identity.

 

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

This service is not applicable to children under 16 years old (under 13 years old in the United States). We do not intentionally collect personal information from children. If we become aware that such data has been collected, we will immediately delete it.

 

5. How we use your information

We will only use the limited information collected for the following purposes:

Provide, maintain, and improve VPN services

Responding to your support request

Send important service updates (such as security patches, policy changes)

Fulfill legal obligations (see Section 7)

Prevent fraud and abuse (do not record user activities)

We will never:

6. Data sharing and disclosure

Except for the following limited circumstances, we do not share your personal information:

We engage trusted third parties to perform specific functions, and these providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes specified by us.

If required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, we may disclose information. However, due to our no-logs policy, we typically do not have user activity data to disclose. In such cases, we will challenge overly broad requests and notify you if not prohibited by law.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will require the succeeding entity to adhere to this Privacy Policy.

We will only share data with your explicit consent (such as when integrating with third-party services).

 

7. Data retention

We retain personal information only for the necessary duration:

Account data: Until you delete the account or 2 years after the last activity

Diagnostic logs: Deleted within 24 hours, unless they belong to an ongoing support ticket

Due to our no-logs policy, no browsing or connection activity data is retained.

 

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may periodically update this policy. The "Last Updated Date" will reflect any changes. By continuing to use the service after any changes, you are indicating your acceptance of those changes.
